WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP

(PLEASE MARK EVERYTHING)

MEDICATIONS - All medications – Only original containers will be accepted and we will follow directions on the bottle. Parents will fill a medication box at camp and sign a release stating box is accurate.
SLEEPING BAG - or at least 3 blankets (mattress is plastic covered)
TWO SHEETS - if not using sleeping bag
ONE PILLOW
CLOTHING - for outdoors - 5 changes
UNDERWEAR - 5 pair 
SOCKS - 5 pair
SHOES - 2 pair of shoes - preferably old for bad weather
JEANS - for hikes and cold days
SWIM SUIT - include t-shirt to swim in if needed for sun protection
OUTER WEAR - heavy sweater, jacket or sweatshirt
RAIN GEAR - raincoat or umbrella (we still do some things in the rain)
FLIP FLOPS - to wear swimming and to the shower
TOWELS - 2 towels and a washcloth
TOOTHPASTE
TOOTHBRUSH
BATH SOAP - not optional
SHAMPOO
INSECT REPELLANT
LAUNDRY BAG - preferably a mesh net sport bag
SUNSCREEN - important for those on medications which cause sun sensitivity
SUN VISOR - or hat
CAMERA - optional - mark well with name so no confusion when lost
MEDICATIONS -  if applicable - must be in prescription bottle
And don't forget to bring yourself - all of you - your tics, obsessions, compulsions and all your energy. Get ready to have FUN!!!

No flashlights please. The counselors will have them. Some like to bring something from home (snuggly toy) to sleep with.
