Forms, Dates and Deadlines

Dates and Deadlines

  • April 15 - Last day to register. Forms and deposit must be received.

  • June 1 - All camp fees are due.

  • June 1 - Changes in health form are due (if any)

  • June 30 - First day of camp - Arrival between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m.

  • July 03 - Last day of camp - Departure 1:00 p.m.

Camper Profile - Complete and submit online.
Health History - Complete, sign and mail to Joshua
Medication and Consent - Complete, print, sign and mail to Joshua Center
Food Service Application - Complete, print, sign and mail to Joshua
What to Bring to Camp - Print and keep for reference
Camp Rules - Print and read as a family before camp
