The Joshua Center Terms and Conditions

To help the meeting planning, participants are encouraged to register as soon as possible. A $25 discount is applied if the registration is received no later than one week prior to the event.

The group discount applies according to the following chart. The example shows the price per ticket and assumes the participant qualifies for the Early Bird discount. Group discounts only apply to registrations received no later than one week prior to the event. The discount is automatically adjusted on your order prior to check out.

Parents, grandparents or guardians of children with neurological disorders are provided a special discount to encourage and enable both parents to attend. The rate is one half the Early Bird rate per parent participant.

Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the seminar. Only those attendees whose payments are received at the Joshua Center at least one week prior to the start of the conference are eligible for the "Early Bird" payment discount price. This includes balance due on purchase orders.

Those attendees paying via company purchase order must have a copy of the purchase order faxed or emailed to Joshua Center by their purchasing department. This is required for registration confirmation.

The last day to cancel and receive a refund is one week prior to the start of the conference. Attendees for whom unusual circumstances will not be able to attend a conference for which they are registered are granted a one-time option to reschedule. In this case there are only two restrictions:

(1) Joshua Center must be informed of intent to reschedule at least two business days prior to the start of the conference

(2) The reschedule must occur within six months of the original conference start, regardless of Joshua Center conference availability (i.e. you are limited to the dates and locations where Joshua Center plans to offer future classes).

In the event that a conference needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, Joshua Center will refund all course fees paid by participants. Joshua Center does not recommend any participant make non-refundable airplane, hotel or car rental arrangements.
