Joshua Center Surveys and Polls

From time-to-time, we create polls and surveys to gain insight into your thinking, needs, interests and knowledge. This is a valuable resource to help us improve our service portfolio. Please fill out each poll or survey only once.

Joshua Center Polls are usually consist of one question and may offer multiple choice answers. Once a participant selects their answer, the screen will show the results for all participants including the current response.

A Joshua Center Survey is more in-depth information gathering tool. More questions are asked. The results for the survey is published periodically on the Joshua Center Site.

Disorder Survey	This survey should only be take by those diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome, Asperger Syndrome. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and their Associated Disorders.
Young Adult Needs Survey	So many of our post-high school young adults are struggling. We are trying to determine certain areas of need that we may share with our board of directors. Please help by sharing your thoughts and experiences by participating in our survey. It will only take and couple of minutes of your time and the information will be invaluable as we continually strive to improve our service and programs. Thank you for participating.
