Joshua Center for Neurological Disorders changing lives since 1996

LogoThe dream of creating a place where families could find the resources they so desperately need became a reality in 1996 when the Joshua Center was created.

The Joshua Center is a local 501(c)(3) organization that provides services and support for the social, emotional, medical and educational needs of neurologically impaired children and their families, including children with Tourette Syndrome, Asperger Syndrome, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorder.

We offer a variety of programs, including counseling, social skills training (including Pre-K and Young Adult programs), life skills training, school support, occupational therapy, sensory integration therapy, motor coordination treatment, an accredited summer camp program at the Rotary Club Youth Camp in Lee’s Summit, MO and education for parents and teachers.
